favorites from 2006 (stolen from Adam): Best Album- "Crane Wife" by The  Decemberists when indie rock meets prog rock and folk it means one hell of a unique and thoroughly awesome album. Runner-Up- "The Pick of Destiny" by Tenacious D Funny as hell. ~ Best Concert- Ian Anderson Plays Orchestral Jethro Tull: October, 2006 Runner- Up- Rick Wakeman: June, 2006 Tough one here, but Ian Anderson got the edge as his concert was a bit more rockier. ~ Best Movie- BORAT! Runner- Up- Talladega Nights Another tough decision, but Borat is an absolute comedy classic and was slightly funnier than Talladega Nights, but not by much. ~ Best Gift

WHEH!!! lots to talk about here, let's get started! i just got back from playing my first show at the Rex theatre. it was a very long show where people covered old Beatles songs. I played "Taxman" from the "Revolver" album (if you don't have it, get it now). i went over really well, people would stop me while i was wandering around the small auditorium and say that i did good and so on and so forth. so i guess im a giging musician now. i do weddings and bar mitzvahs.
